Today someone asked how to tell when a cat is not feeling well; it can be hard to do because
domestic cats are descended from desert cats. In the wild it is advantageous to hide disease and thus avoid predation by other carnivores. Unforetuneately little Fluffy still has this coping mechanism and this makes it very hard for Fluffy's person to determine a disease state early in the course of any given disease.
the American Association of Feline Veterinarians sponsors a wonderful website for anyone interested in early signs of illness in a companion cat.

just a tidbit FYI =^..^=
